1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 3k44 online gaming platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and customer support functions offered through 3k44.vip. The Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 3k44 ("we", "us", or "the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the 3k44 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read together with the 3k44 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence for the duration of that promotion only.

2Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to the 3k44 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account you represent and warrant that you meet each condition at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 3k44 strictly prohibits access by anyone under 21. This age restriction applies without exception to all game types, including live casino, slots, crash games, and cricket betting.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or syndicate.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 3k44 platform or had an account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of 3k44, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are registering only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same person are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all duplicate accounts with forfeiture of associated balances.

3Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of 3k44 features, you must register a player account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number and a password of your choice. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.

Your Obligations at Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or phone number — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
• You must keep your contact details up to date. Outdated contact information may delay account recovery and prevent the processing of withdrawal requests.
• You must not share your account password with any third party. 3k44 will never ask for your password via email, phone call, or chat. Any request for your password from someone claiming to represent 3k44 should be treated as fraudulent.
• You must notify 3k44 customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 3k44 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

Account Security Standards

• Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters and should combine letters and numbers to reduce the risk of unauthorised access. 3k44 strongly recommends using a unique password not used on any other platform.
• 3k44 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all account sessions and transactions. Despite these technical safeguards, you remain responsible for the security of your own device and login environment.
• Account access from shared or public devices is undertaken entirely at the player's own risk. 3k44 recommends logging out completely after each session when using a shared device.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

3k44 supports a range of payment methods selected for the Bangladesh market. All transactions are denominated in BDT. The platform does not accept payments from third-party accounts — all deposits and withdrawals must be made to and from accounts registered in the same name as the 3k44 player account.

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the 3k44 platform:

5Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

3k44 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer. The general bonus terms below apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

• The welcome bonus is available to new players only. A player is considered new if they have never previously held a 3k44 account. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's bonus balance upon making a qualifying first deposit of ৳200 or more.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms. Players must complete the full rollover before a withdrawal request relating to bonus funds will be processed.
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the promotion terms. Where no specific game restriction is stated, bonuses may be used on any available game except those explicitly excluded. Live casino games and certain high-RTP slots may be excluded from bonus wagering — check specific promotion terms for details.
• 3k44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn while a player has an active bonus balance, the player will be notified and given a reasonable period to complete any applicable wagering requirement.
• Bonus abuse, including use of bonus funds as part of a pattern of low-risk or arbitrage betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings. Repeated abuse may result in permanent account suspension.

6Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games on the 3k44 platform are operated in accordance with their respective provider rules and independently certified RNG systems or live dealer protocols. 3k44 does not alter game outcomes. Results are final once confirmed by the game provider's system, subject to manifest error provisions below.

Manifest Errors

• A manifest error is an obvious mistake in the display of odds, game payouts, or bonus amounts that results in a materially incorrect outcome. 3k44 reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by a manifest error, regardless of whether funds have been credited.
• Where a manifest error is identified after withdrawal of associated funds, 3k44 reserves the right to recover the incorrectly credited amount from the player's account balance or future deposits. Players will be notified promptly in the event of a manifest error determination.
• Players who deliberately exploit a manifest error — for example by placing unusually large bets on incorrectly displayed odds — will have relevant transactions voided and may face account suspension regardless of whether the error was subsequently corrected.

Disconnection and Technical Issues

• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the game will resume from the point of disconnection when the player reconnects, provided the game provider's system supports this functionality. If the game cannot be resumed, the round result will be determined by the game provider's server log.
• 3k44 is not responsible for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues, including mobile data dropouts, Wi-Fi interruptions, or device failures. Players are advised to ensure a stable connection before commencing a real-money game session.
• Scheduled platform maintenance is communicated via the platform notification system where practicable. 3k44 aims to schedule maintenance during periods of lowest player activity, typically between 02:00 and 05:00 Bangladesh Standard Time.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3k44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraud, including use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments; chargebacks initiated in bad faith; and provision of false identity documentation during KYC verification.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping in poker-style games and coordinated crash game betting.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in place of a human player. 3k44 employs automated detection systems to identify non-human play patterns and will act without prior warning.
• Money laundering or any activity intended to use the 3k44 platform as a vehicle for the movement of illicit funds. 3k44 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at 3k44 staff, customer support agents, or other players via any communication channel including live chat. 3k44 maintains records of all support interactions and will act on reports of abusive conduct.

3k44 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, the account may be suspended and associated withdrawals placed on hold. 3k44 will make reasonable efforts to complete any investigation within 14 days and will communicate the outcome to the affected player.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the 3k44 platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the platform, is the property of 3k44 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 3k44.

Game content available on the 3k44 platform is provided under licence from the respective game studios and providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All game provider trademarks, names, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of the respective provider. 3k44 makes no claim to ownership of third-party game content.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3k44's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any game or transaction shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 3k44 shall not be liable for the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 3k44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from interruption to platform availability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, cyberattacks, force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or telecommunications failures, or any other event outside 3k44's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on information displayed on the platform that is subsequently found to contain a manifest error, provided that 3k44 takes reasonable steps to correct the error and notifies affected players in a timely manner.

10Privacy and Data Protection

3k44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the 3k44 Privacy Policy, available at 3k44.vip/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to, your name, mobile phone number, email address where provided, device identifiers, transaction history, and gameplay records.

3k44 does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. All data transfers involving personal information use industry-standard encryption protocols. 11Account Suspension and Termination

3k44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7, providing false registration information, or failing age verification requirements.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction request submitted by the player. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are binding for the period specified by the player. Players who have self-excluded may not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order requiring the suspension or closure of the account. In such circumstances, 3k44 will comply with the applicable legal requirement and will inform the player to the extent permitted by law.

12Amendments to These Terms

3k44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it substantively affects the rights or obligations of players — 3k44 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the platform notification system before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications of existing provisions may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the 3k44 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform before the amendment takes effect and may request account closure by contacting customer support. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be paid out subject to standard verification procedures and the absence of any pending investigation.
